Facilities Allrounder

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical systems, ventilation, air conditioning, commercial refrigeration, and sanitary installations
• Ensure building security and fire protection for customers and employees
• Perform general manual and handyman tasks
• Coordinate and monitor maintenance and repair work
• Request and negotiate quotes from specialist companies in coordination with market management
• Ensure compliance with official regulations and administer inspection reports

Requirements

• Completed training as an electrician and/or installer
• Experience as a fire protection warden is a plus
• Valid forklift license is a plus
• Manual dexterity and craftsmanship skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Very good German language skills
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and flexibly
