Responsibilities

• Cleaning of drainage wells
• Inspection of swings and playground equipment
• Production and replacement of nameplates for door phones and mailboxes
• Inspection and lubrication of hinges and entrance doors
• Oil treatment of garden furniture and woodwork
• Inspection of gutters on bicycle sheds and other structures
• Minor painting and repair tasks on sheds and similar structures
• Cleaning of waste containers as needed
