Facilitator of the Youth Education Series

Responsibilities

• Facilitate educational and leisure programs for youth groups ranging from kindergarten to post-secondary students
• Engage youth groups with energy and enthusiasm while adhering to Disney Guest Service standards
• Prioritize the safety and well-being of all guests throughout the program
• Collaborate with the Youth team and other facilitators to ensure smooth program delivery
• Provide logistical support and prepare necessary program materials
• Collect participant feedback and prepare post-program evaluations for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments under varying weather conditions
• Flexibility to participate in approximately 5 days of consecutive training sessions
• Availability to work a minimum of two days per week on a regular basis
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude while obtaining multiple program qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in program facilitation, such as teaching, tutoring, or leading outdoor activities
• Background in science or related academic disciplines
