Fachmann/Frau-Betreuung (FaBe)

Responsibilities

• Support the pedagogical team in the kindergarten and preschool settings
• Care for, promote, and accompany children aged 3 to 6 years
• Create a safe, appreciative, and inspiring bilingual learning environment
• Foster the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children
• Implement age-appropriate learning and play activities
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals
• Contribute to a positive school and team culture

Requirements

• Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung EFZ (specialization in children) or an equivalent Swiss-recognized qualification
• Proven experience in caring for children aged 3 to 6 years
• Proficiency in German
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and reliably

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an international or bilingual educational environment
• Proficiency in English
