Responsibilities
- Learn everything about spare parts and accessories
- Manage smooth processes in the service area
- Advise customers and sales colleagues
- Issue goods for workshop order processing at the parts counter
- Ensure optimal parts and accessories supply using inventory management systems
- Perform general warehouse activities such as wheel storage and inventories
Requirements
- Qualifying secondary school certificate (Mittelschule/Mittlere Reife) or equivalent
- Manual dexterity and technical understanding
- Interest and passion for vehicles
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with people
