Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate HVAC (HKLS) trades on construction sites from the client's perspective
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and costs
• Collaborate closely with planning teams, clients, and executing companies
• Document construction progress and participate in site meetings and inspections
• Work within interdisciplinary teams and other specialist departments

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in specialist construction supervision or management of HVAC trades
• Completed training in technical building equipment, building and energy technology, or mechanical engineering
• Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to travel to construction sites in Austria
• Very good German skills; English is an advantage
• Experience with digital tools such as AutoCAD or Revit is ideal
• Interest in BIM and integral working methods
• Strong sense of responsibility regarding deadlines, costs, and quality
