Facharzt Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie

Responsibilities

• Perform outpatient diagnostics and therapy, including structured anamnesis and guideline-based treatment in Turkish
• Manage treatment planning and case management, coordinating multidisciplinary services and interfaces
• Ensure complete, structured documentation and write medical reports in German
• Contribute to the development and establishment of the new specialized outpatient clinic, including processes and quality standards
• Participate in on-call services as agreed

Requirements

• German medical license (Approbation)
• Specialist in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy or advanced resident (at least 3rd year of training)
• Native or C2 level proficiency in Turkish for clinical communication
• Very good German skills for documentation and team communication
• Empathy and a culturally sensitive attitude
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team
