Responsibilities

• Install winding bars into the generator according to the winding scheme and technical specifications
• Perform manual assembly tasks within the stator winding department
• Ensure high-quality production standards in the generator manufacturing process

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a craft profession (e.g., Carpenter, Joiner, Mechanic, Electrician, Automotive Technician, or similar)
• High level of manual dexterity
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and perform overtime
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level)
• Reliable, precise, and team-oriented working style
• Professional experience as a skilled worker is an advantage
