About the role
Responsibilities
- Install winding bars into the generator according to the winding scheme and technical specifications
- Perform manual assembly tasks within the stator winding department
- Ensure high-quality production standards in the generator manufacturing process
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a craft profession (e.g., Carpenter, Joiner, Mechanic, Electrician, Automotive Technician, or similar)
- High level of manual dexterity
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and perform overtime
- Good German language skills (minimum B1 level)
- Reliable, precise, and team-oriented working style
- Professional experience as a skilled worker is an advantage
