Facharbeiter Stabfertigung

Responsibilities

• Manufacture stator bars, including bending and soldering
• Perform manual insulation of bars
• Operate and monitor machines and systems within the production process
• Document test protocols to ensure quality assurance

Requirements

• Completed vocational training (apprenticeship, technical school, or similar)
• Professional experience is an advantage
• High level of manual dexterity
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and perform overtime
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) in speaking and writing
• Accurate and reliable way of working
• Ability to work effectively in a team
