FaceSwap Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead deep learning-based FaceSwap workflows to create photorealistic digital faces and likenesses
• Supervise technical and creative quality across shots, reviews, and artist output
• Collaborate with VFX supervisors, department heads, producers, and global FaceSwap teams
• Guide training progress, evaluate results, and adjust model configurations as needed
• Troubleshoot technical issues, support tool development, and help improve workflows
• Mentor artists, build documentation, and contribute to training materials and sessions

Requirements

• Extensive experience in VFX or CG production
• Experience with deep neural networks and face swapping tools
• Strong Nuke expertise for precomps and slap comps
• Python scripting skills to automate repetitive tasks
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working with command-line tools and changing workflows
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with realistic CGI humans or face replacement work
• Familiarity with Keen Tools or ComfyUI
• Experience leading projects or supervising teams
