Façade Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities related to the installation of façade systems
• Inspect work-in-progress to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Lead, mentor, and guide installation teams while promoting a positive and productive work environment
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and team members
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including work performed, labor hours, and materials used
• Enforce safety and health regulations on-site, conducting regular safety meetings and audits

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising site operations, particularly in façade installation
• Strong understanding of façade systems, construction processes, and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and troubleshoot issues effectively on-site
