Facade Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop full-scale project plans and conduct project meetings to ensure alignment with client objectives
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for timely and cost-effective execution
• Lead design development in collaboration with architects and engineering teams
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and ensure effective communication
• Monitor and report on project progress while proactively addressing challenges
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies on-site
• Conduct regular site visits to provide direction to site teams, contractors, and suppliers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
• 12 - 15+ years of experience in project management focusing on façade projects
• Proven track record managing large, complex façade projects from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of façade materials, design principles, and construction techniques
• Proficiency in project management software
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
