Facade Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop full-scale project plans and conduct meetings to ensure alignment with client objectives
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for timely and cost-effective execution
• Lead the design development process in collaboration with architects and engineering teams
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors
• Monitor and report on project progress while proactively addressing potential challenges
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies on-site
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and provide direction to site teams and suppliers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
• 12-15+ years of project management experience specifically focused on façade projects
• Proven track record of managing large, complex façade projects from conception to completion
• Strong knowledge of façade materials, design principles, and construction techniques
• Proficiency in project management software
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
