Façade Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, fabrication, and installation of façade systems
• Collaborate with design teams to develop and review technical and shop drawings
• Conduct site inspections and coordination meetings to resolve site-related issues
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for material delivery
• Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• 5-6 years of experience in project engineering with a focus on façade design and installation
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, materials, and installation techniques
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
