Facade Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the design, fabrication, and installation of façade systems
• Review and coordinate technical drawings and shop drawings related to façade works
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to resolve technical issues
• Ensure project schedules and budgets are met while proactively mitigating risks
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and progress updates
• Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of materials and equipment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant discipline
• 5-7 years of experience in façade project engineering or related roles
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, materials, and construction methodologies
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and managing subcontractors
