Facade Engineer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate façade engineering, procurement, fabrication, delivery, and installation activities
• Monitor façade progress against project schedules and identify potential risks
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams to resolve technical issues
• Review façade shop drawings, material submittals, technical proposals, and method statements
• Ensure proper design integration with structural, MEP, and architectural works
• Conduct routine site inspections to monitor installation quality and workmanship
• Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and authority regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
• 5–8 years of experience in façade engineering or building envelope systems
• Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, or hospitality developments
• Knowledge of curtain wall systems, unitized façades, and cladding materials
• Familiarity with UAE building regulations and Dubai Municipality requirements
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of BIM/Revit is an advantage
