Facade Design Draftsman

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings for façades using CAD software
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to incorporate architectural, structural, and MEP input
• Review project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
• Conduct design presentations and provide technical support to project teams and clients
• Maintain organized project documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Stay current with trends and advancements in façade design technology and materials

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in façade design drafting within the construction industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Knowledge of façade systems, materials, and building regulations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Revit or similar software
