Fabricator, Process Heat

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a hazard-free environment
• Verify raw materials prior to fabrication to ensure compliance with specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately to guide production
• Use measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy of components
• Operate manual machines including lathes and mills
• Perform grinding, chamfering, and deburring of parts according to specifications
• Drill and tap holes as required by prints
• Operate pneumatic forming machines, rollers, and various CNC equipment including mills, lathes, lasers, water jets, and plasma pipe cutters
• Support production flow by picking parts and communicating material needs

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods (6+ hours per day)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience
• Basic computer skills
