Fabrication Welding Associate

Responsibilities

• Operating machinery to form steel products
• Assembling products using hand tools and power tools
• Reading blueprints and technical drawings for correct assembly
• Entering product information into the ERP system
• Measuring and quality checking finished products
• Performing maintenance tasks and cleaning machinery
• Operating forklifts to move materials and load/unload docks
• Following safety regulations and procedures
• Inspecting incoming raw materials for quality standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience
• Welding experience (MIG, TIG, or Spot welding)
• 2+ years of forklift experience
• Ability to use a measuring tape to the 1/32" mark
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Ability to squat, bend, and lift up to 65 lbs
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day
