Fabrication Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fabrication operations, leading the team from project design through manufacture and delivery
• Oversee quality control, monitor production progress, and ensure deadlines are consistently met
• Prioritize workflow across the shop floor and allocate resources efficiently and effectively
• Champion health and safety compliance, including OSHA regulations and applicable fire codes
• Deliver hands-on training to maintain a safe workplace and high-performing team
• Uphold company core values, standard operating procedures, and best manufacturing practices

Requirements

• Knowledge of safety regulations, fabrication procedures, and manufacturing best practices
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Experience leading in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Strong dependability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
