Fabrication Production Supervisor

Headquartered in Utah, we are expanding manufacturing at our 545,000-square-foot facility in Salt Lake City called GigaOne.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fabrication activities to meet output targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules
• Serve as the primary floor resource to troubleshoot operations on key production machinery including tube lasers, press brakes, and panel benders
• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of fabrication technicians, CNC operators, and setup personnel
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Engineering to ensure components meet tight tolerances and GD&T requirements
• Champion a culture of safety and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to minimize scrap and optimize material yields

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in heavy metal manufacturing or fabrication
• Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity
• Familiarity with CNC laser cutting and precision forming equipment
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and manufacturing safety best practices
• High school diploma/GED required

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct programming or setup experience with BLM Group or Prima Power machinery
• Experience in energy storage, heavy industrial, automotive, or aerospace manufacturing
• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or similar certifications
