Responsibilities
- Supervise fabrication yard activities including fit up, welding, and lifting
- Oversee fabrication yard installation operations
- Coordinate and interface between fabrication, installation, and pre-fabrication activities
- Coordinate with other sections involved in the assembly stages
- Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures and quality standards
- Identify and implement the most efficient technical solutions
- Provide quantitative data for the production of progress reports
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience within the UAE
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proven experience supervising a team of fabricators
- Strong leadership skills
