About the role
Responsibilities
- Contribute to all aspects of production including kitting, subassembly, finishing, quality assurance, and packaging
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Report issues clearly and promptly to the supervisor
- Participate in continuous improvement exercises
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in fabrication and assembly in a shop or factory environment
- Proficient with hand and power tools with good dexterity
- Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs and stoop regularly
- Physical fitness to work on one's feet for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to punctuality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with electrical harnessing, soldering, and crimping
- Experience with CNC routing tools
- Experience with small batch production
- Experience with cable assemblies and electromechanical device manufacturing
- Experience with quality control in a manufacturing environment
- Valid driver's license
