Fab Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee CRV Wafer and Panel fab operations to ensure performance across cost, inventory, and downstream delivery
• Manage a team of individual contributors, including hiring, performance planning, coaching, and career development
• Structure maintenance programs focusing on tooling uptime, obsolescence projects, and spares management
• Drive maintenance-focused tooling improvement initiatives
• Prepare operational performance reports and manage critical business documents such as SOPs and dashboards

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in an operations function
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
• Experience working a day shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday)

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering degree
• Experience in Fab tool maintenance
• Strong technical, communication, and people management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), statistical analysis, and financial modeling
