Fab Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform cleanroom operations and maintain a high standard of safety and lab habits
• Conduct visual inspections of products using microscopes
• Use chemicals and solvents for processing, cleaning, and weekly wipe downs
• Rotate between 2-3 different job functions as required
• Utilize Windows-based computers for data entry and information retrieval
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment alongside operators and engineers

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to wear a cleanroom gown for extended periods of time
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written) for receiving and comprehending instructions
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull heavy objects using 30 lbs of force
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
• Manual dexterity for repetitive motions, grasping, and fine motor tasks
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a cleanroom environment
• Experience in a production environment with the ability to multi-task safely and efficiently
