F135 Depot Network Maintenance Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Schedule Depot-level engine module and mini-module inductions based on network capacity and capabilities
• Develop and maintain 30/60/90-day depot induction schedules and communicate updates to key stakeholders
• Lead weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual induction schedule coordination meetings
• Coordinate inductions with Fleet Sustainment, Logistics Integration, Power Plant Engineering, and Fleet Data Management teams
• Analyze forecasts to determine Network Workload Requirements and monitor execution expenditures against established budgets
• Communicate constraints to ensure effective management of the overall scheduling process
• Align with Maintenance Management and Asset Management teams to prioritize critical asset inductions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of experience in schedule management or operational planning
• OR an advanced degree with 5 years of experience in schedule management or operational planning
• U.S. citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in aircraft engine maintenance, scheduling, or analyst/quality roles
• Familiarity with F135 Production or Depot level maintenance
• Previous experience with MXI or other life management systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, and other database software
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments
