About the role
Responsibilities
- Initialize and load propulsion system hardware into the engine maintenance management system (MXI)
- Review and validate life limited parts removal and installation records to ensure accurate life usage data
- Track propulsion system configuration changes and document significant maintenance actions
- Host Pre and Post Dock meetings and participate in daily production and tracking meetings
- Create reports, respond to information requests, and approve parts based on lifing and damage values
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, and Fleet Data Management teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required (or Associate’s Degree with 9 years of administrative experience)
- 5+ years of administrative experience
- 5+ years of experience working in a team environment in a related field
- U.S. citizenship is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with F135 Engine Production or Depot level maintenance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong business ethics, communication, and teaming skills
