F&B Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the Food and Beverage department in the absence of the F&B Manager, setting a positive example for the team.
• Supervise daily F&B operations to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.
• Train and mentor service staff to maintain high standards of hospitality and efficiency.
• Manage table assignments, reservations, and the organization of special events and functions.
• Monitor inventory levels for food, beverages, and consumables to ensure optimal stock management.
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety standards, and all company and legal regulations.
• Act as a point of contact for guest complaints, working with management to provide swift resolutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in Food & Beverage or hospitality service.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Strong supervisory and management skills with a hands-on leadership style.
• Proficiency with digital tools and the ability to quickly learn new hospitality systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
• Ability to find creative solutions and work effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
