About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead F&B outlet operations to ensure profitable operations and achievement of business goals
- Accurately forecast business demands and work with management to execute marketing plans
- Oversee manning schedules, regular preventative maintenance, and outlet safety and sanitation standards
- Manage team member performance and identify training needs to maximize guest satisfaction
- Lead by example through a hands-on approach to motivate team members and support their career development
Requirements
- College diploma in Hotel Management or a related field
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant operations management within a 5-star hotel
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills with a passion for excellence
- Excellent guest service skills and a keen eye for detail
