  • Oversee manning schedules, regular preventative maintenance, and outlet safety and sanitation standards
  • Manage team member performance and identify training needs to maximize guest satisfaction
  • Lead by example through a hands-on approach to motivate team members and support their career development

Requirements

  • College diploma in Hotel Management or a related field
  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant operations management within a 5-star hotel
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills with a passion for excellence
  • Excellent guest service skills and a keen eye for detail
