F&B Service Attendant

Responsibilities

• Welcome and interact with guests and colleagues in a courteous and friendly manner
• Take, prepare, and serve guest orders accurately while promoting up-selling to meet sales targets
• Liaise with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service and compliance with age requirements for alcohol consumption
• Clear and clean tables professionally once guests have finished their meals
• Maintain stock levels, handle point-of-sale transactions accurately, and ensure outlet cleanliness
• Adhere to company Health and Safety policies and assist in training new team members

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Service Attendant in a 3-star or above category hotel
• Background in the Hotel or Food & Beverage industry
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
• Strong customer focus, teamwork, and communication skills
