F&B Service Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized service to guests to ensure a welcoming atmosphere at La Vita.
• Take drink orders accurately and offer expert recommendations on the cocktail menu.
• Serve cocktails and beverages promptly in accordance with high luxury service standards.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage trends.
• Collaborate closely with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and licensing regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
• Participate in special events and promotional activities to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or upscale dining establishment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and premium beverage service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive guest relationships.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
