F&B Server - Pool Bar

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive food and beverage service
• Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of items
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented service area
• Upsell menu items and recommend daily specials or promotions
• Follow safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times
• Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain deep knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and presentation standards

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
• High standard of personal grooming and presentation
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for guest service

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting
• Hospitality or F&B certification
• Proficiency in additional languages
