F&B Server

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level food and beverage service and guest assistance within a luxury 5-star environment
• Support and assist colleagues to ensure the highest levels of service and courtesy are provided to guests
• Handle guest complaints professionally according to company policy
• Ensure restaurant setup meets established luxury standards
• Perform opening and closing duties to ensure the outlet is ready for business
• Maintain deep knowledge of all food and beverage items, including ingredients and preparation methods
• Utilize the Micros computer system for ringing, printing, and closing checks and shift reports

Requirements

• High school Diploma or Hotel School Degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star international environment
• Proficiency in the Russian language
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Strong up-selling skills and training
• Knowledge of HACCP food safety standards
• Proficiency with the Micros system
• Experience working effectively in a multicultural environment
• Ability to work with speed and efficiency while maintaining a positive attitude
