F&B Server

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level service and assistance to guests, ensuring the highest levels of courtesy and professionalism.
• Manage restaurant setup according to established luxury standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties to ensure the outlet is prepared for business operations.
• Maintain deep knowledge of all food and beverage items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Handle guest complaints professionally in accordance with company policy.
• Utilize the Micros computer system for ringing in orders, printing checks, and generating shift reports.

Requirements

• High school Diploma or Hotel School Degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star international environment.
• Proficiency with the Micros POS system.
• Strong up-selling skills and knowledge of HACCP food safety standards.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with speed and efficiency in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
