F&B Manager

Responsibilities

• Guarantee high-quality meals, efficient service, and a welcoming environment that reflects Wynn’s hospitality standards.
• Supervise dining outlet supervisors, waiters, F&B attendants, and support staff, monitoring grooming and etiquette standards.
• Plan and supervise food presentation, cleanliness, inventory control, and team deployment across multiple dining concepts.
• Manage departmental budgets, labor scheduling, cost controls, and performance forecasting.
• Ensure strict adherence to UAE health regulations, HACCP standards, and food hygiene protocols.
• Conduct daily pre-shift briefings and organize training sessions to maintain service excellence.
• Act as the primary link between the staff dining team and senior leadership in Staff Accommodation and F&B.
• Manage catering and banquet services for recreational spaces and training facilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience in dining operations.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse, multicultural teams in high-volume environments.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations, and workplace health standards.
• Proficiency in using POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience in staff accommodation, corporate dining, or large-scale hospitality settings is highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve operational challenges and conflicts constructively.
