F&B Guest Ambassador/Hostess

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day reservations and coordinate seating plans to ensure optimal guest flow at La Piscina
• Handle guest inquiries, confirmations, and special requests via phone, email, and reservation platforms
• Maintain and update detailed guest profiles, including preferences, allergies, and special occasions
• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and maintain an attentive presence throughout their visit
• Resolve guest concerns efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Liaise with F&B management, culinary teams, and pool staff to ensure smooth operations
• Support the promotion of venue events, activations, and VIP setups
• Maintain accurate records of guest data in compliance with confidentiality protocols

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in guest services or reservations within a luxury hotel or upscale dining environment
• Proficiency in reservation management systems and guest database software
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
