F&B Executive

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all F&B department activities to ensure seamless operations across all outlets
• Maintain strict adherence to standard recipes and quality standards for all food and beverage items
• Address guest complaints and inquiries promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction and loyalty
• Develop and motivate team members to foster a high-performing, collaborative culture
• Train staff on established procedures, safety protocols, and service standards
• Manage F&B inventory, including stock records, requisitions, and par level maintenance
• Implement strategic marketing initiatives, seasonal menus, and promotions to drive revenue
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and organizational policies

Requirements

• Hotel Management Degree or Diploma
• 2-3 years of relevant F&B operations or supervisory experience in a hospitality setting
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and oral communication)
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-focused skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications in Food & Beverage management or hospitality
• Knowledge of local languages and the Chennai culinary market
• Expertise in wines, cocktails, and beverage mixing techniques
• Experience with F&B management software or point-of-sale systems
• Proven experience in revenue optimization and sales growth initiatives
