F&B Brand & PR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design promotional materials including posters, flyers, and digital graphics using Canva Pro to ensure brand consistency.
• Drive B2B growth by mapping local markets and negotiating corporate partnerships for lunch offerings and private events.
• Scout and manage relationships with PR agencies, event planners, and influencers to increase venue visibility.
• Coordinate with external digital agencies by providing content and briefing them on new menus and corporate agreements.
• Adapt global event guidelines from HQ for local market execution and manage event logistics and staff coordination.
• Collaborate with the F&B operations team to develop themed nights, DJ sets, and community-focused social gatherings.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, PR, or junior B2B sales, ideally within Hospitality or F&B.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Canva Pro for creating visual assets and promotional materials.
• Strong sales and account management skills, including the ability to structure financial proposals and conduct site inspections.
• Fluency in English (B2/C1 level) and native or fluent Italian.
• Proactive mindset with strong interpersonal skills for networking and local market engagement.
