F&B Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the food and beverage department to ensure high-level service delivery
• Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and provide timely responses to enquiries
• Take ownership of assigned duties and tasks, ensuring they are completed professionally and on time
• Collaborate with management to control costs, inventory, and maintain productivity levels
• Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values
• Ensure compliance with all legislation and due diligence requirements for internal and external audits

Requirements

• Experience in food and beverage service is beneficial but not essential
• A hands-on approach with a proactive, can-do work style
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and a passion for hospitality
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of responsibilities
• Experience working with various IT systems and platforms
• Strong communication skills and personal integrity
