F&B Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the banquets department and deliver high-level guest conference services
• Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and provide timely responses to enquiries
• Take responsibility for assigned duties to ensure tasks are completed in a professional manner
• Collaborate with management to control costs, inventory, and maintain productivity levels
• Ensure compliance with all legislation, due diligence requirements, and best practice activities
• Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values

Requirements

• Experience in food and beverage service is beneficial but not essential
• Hands-on approach with a proactive, can-do work style
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and a passion for hospitality
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Proficiency in working with various IT systems and platforms
• Strong communication skills and personal integrity
