About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of electrical/mechanical drawings, system designs, and engineering documentation.
  • Support the investigation and troubleshooting of anomalies in fielded hardware and software throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and conduct test and data analysis activities.
  • Prepare technical documents for presentations, customer reviews, and proposals.
  • Use basic design tools to prepare documentation and incorporate design changes.
  • Support engineering system design and functionality validation activities under close supervision.
  • Work on-site at the Boeing Berkeley, MO facility for 16-24 hours per week.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
  • Ability to obtain an interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance post-start.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively on multi-discipline teams.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and work streams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in electronic and electrical technical design.
  • Hands-on experience repairing and troubleshooting electronic components.
  • Experience using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and multi-meters.
  • Experience with modern Automatic Test System and Test Program Set hardware and software.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of tools.
