About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of electrical/mechanical drawings, system designs, and engineering documentation.
- Support the investigation and troubleshooting of anomalies in fielded hardware and software throughout the product lifecycle.
- Coordinate and conduct test and data analysis activities.
- Prepare technical documents for presentations, customer reviews, and proposals.
- Use basic design tools to prepare documentation and incorporate design changes.
- Support engineering system design and functionality validation activities under close supervision.
- Work on-site at the Boeing Berkeley, MO facility for 16-24 hours per week.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
- Ability to obtain an interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance post-start.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively on multi-discipline teams.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and work streams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in electronic and electrical technical design.
- Hands-on experience repairing and troubleshooting electronic components.
- Experience using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and multi-meters.
- Experience with modern Automatic Test System and Test Program Set hardware and software.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of tools.
