F-15 Korea Upgrades Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the F-15 Korea Upgrades team in executing multiple long-term upgrade programs
• Manage employees and first-level managers performing business management activities
• Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies, and procedures
• Acquire resources for department activities and provide technical management of suppliers
• Maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and partners including BDS, USAF, and ROKAF
• Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes
• Establish and improve Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management Best Practices (Requirements, Resource, Financial, and Risk Management)
• 5+ years of combined experience in Project/Program Management
• 3+ years of leadership experience directly leading a project, product, or team
• 2+ years of experience working within a phase gate process for product development
• Experience supporting the execution of Aircraft Modification and Upgrades contracts
• Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) support contracts
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent military experience
• Knowledge and experience within the Defense/Aerospace industry
• Experience with military platforms and military customers (US and/or Foreign)
• Knowledge of military Performance Based Logistic (PBL) contract execution
