EYFS Teacher

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to the educational needs of EYFS pupils
• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of all children
• Maintain a dynamic, inspiring, and safe learning environment
• Implement effective classroom behaviour management strategies in accordance with school policy
• Disseminate high-quality teaching pedagogy to ensure consistently good or outstanding learning outcomes
• Contribute to the wider life of the academy and engage in ongoing professional development

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Undergraduate degree
• Proven experience teaching the primary curriculum
• Strong knowledge of child development and how it impacts lesson planning
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
