EyeCare Advisor

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide exceptional service to deliver the LensCrafters Experience
• Explain required paperwork, optical tests, products, and services to patients
• Perform pre-examination testing with accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses suited to their vision, lifestyle, and budget
• Operate POS systems to accurately process transactions, including insurance and discounts
• Manage patient records in an organized manner in accordance with HIPAA regulations
• Maintain contact lens inventory and provide clinical support to the Optometrist as needed
• Ensure the store appearance and visual displays meet company guidelines

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of current fashion trends
• Ability to solve problems and handle difficult customer situations with patience
• Familiarity with POS systems, computers, and basic math skills
• Strong organizational and sales skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or an optical environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
