Extrusion Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the B-Shift extrusion team to ensure safety, production targets, and customer satisfaction
• Drive daily schedule attainment and effectively allocate resources
• Monitor, evaluate, and report performance daily using World Class Manufacturing (WCM) tools
• Coach, develop, and train employees while coordinating team training initiatives
• Partner with Engineering and Maintenance to improve production processes and equipment operation
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and data collection to ensure ISO compliance
• Identify and resolve operational issues through a hands-on leadership approach

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word
• Experience with SAP or ADP is a plus
• Knowledge of quality frameworks such as ISO9001, ISO14000, or ISO1800
• Experience with lean manufacturing and Visual Shop Floor Management
• Ability to analyze product specifications and production schedules in English
• Ability to work overtime and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
