Extrusion Crew Member

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned job duties to ensure production and quality standards for various tire components
• Operate and monitor equipment including extruders, mills, and calendars
• Coordinate with operators to ensure proper setup and production
• Monitor online and offline quality systems to meet specifications
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and plant safety policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards
• Use hand tools and measuring devices to monitor product quality
• Accurately record production data, rates, and units produced

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Successful completion of Work Keys Assessment (SILVER)
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts including nights and weekends
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and pushing
