Extrusion Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units
• Support window operations including delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials
• Use hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers for workstation functions
• Read and carry out verbal and simple written instructions
• Read work orders, labels, and schedules
• Use a tape measure to inspect and observe for product defects
• Perform fraction and decimal conversions
• Operate necessary equipment and provide on-the-job training to new employees

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the US
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to stand for extended periods on a concrete floor
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually above shoulder height and below the waist
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing
• Experience reading a tape measure
