Extrusion Associate 1

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and perform assembly operations
• Fabricate and produce component parts for final product assembly
• Handle materials including loading, unloading, and storage
• Utilize hand tools and power equipment safely
• Perform quality checks and inspect products for defects
• Read and interpret work orders and basic technical drawings
• Make accurate measurements using precision tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and power equipment
• Ability to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions
• Basic math skills including fractions and decimals
• Experience with tape measure reading and precise measurements
• Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Basic computer literacy
