Extraction Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead daily beverage operations team including quality, safety, and employee performance
• Manage and oversee movements made by forklift and Yard Goat operators
• Plan and implement tasks to ensure standard processes are followed
• Conduct safety tailgate meetings and maintain a safe, food-safe environment
• Monitor breaks, lunches, and assign workstations at shift start
• Reconcile paperwork, materials, and quality issues at shift end
• Support maintenance and cleanliness of all machines
• Perform COP/CIP processes and handle chemicals during cleaning

Requirements

• Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Aerial lift certification
• Chemical handling training
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Flexible work schedule including mandatory weekends and overtime

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a production environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
