Responsibilities

Al Badr Contracting & Civil Construction Co. LLC is seeking qualified professionals for a prestigious ADNOC Offshore Project in Abu Dhabi. Depending on the role, responsibilities include:

• Lifting Appointed Person: Overseeing and managing lifting operations to ensure safety and compliance.
• Job Performer (JP) – Civil (Offshore): Managing offshore construction and maintenance tasks while strictly adhering to the Permit to Work (PTW) system.
• HSE Engineer: Leading health, safety, and environmental management, conducting audits, and ensuring project-wide compliance.
• HSE Officer: Monitoring site safety, conducting inspections, and supporting HSE protocols on-site.

Requirements

Mandatory for all positions: Previous ADNOC Offshore project experience.

• Lifting Appointed Person: Engineering Degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant lifting operations experience.
• Job Performer (JP) – Civil (Offshore): Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering and at least 2 years of offshore construction/maintenance experience.
• HSE Engineer: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, 8–10 years of HSE experience, NEBOSH Certification, and a Lead Auditor Certificate.
• HSE Officer: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, NEBOSH Certification, and 2–5 years of relevant experience.
